Question
Hello everybody,
I've recently seen something which trouble seems strange to me..."I do apologise"
- Why is 'do' placed between "I" and "apologise" ?
- Is there a difference among "I do apologise" and "I apologise" ?
- Can I do it with other verbs "I do eat" "I do play" and so on ...
- Isn't there a form which is used more than the other one ?
If someone can help me, it will be very nice (Maybe the question is stupid and sorry for that but i really don't get it)
Have a nice evening !.

Le "do" permet d'exagérer sur la phrase .Il n'y a aucune différences entre les 2!!
On ne peux pas dire" I do eat" ou"I do play ". -

i just read your question and searched the net. i found that i do apologize means i really apologize but there's no difference between" i do apologize" and" i apologize".they have the same meaning. c comme en français" je m'excuse vraiment" mais on peut pas utiliser do avec autres verbes!!
