When the rescue team (arrive) , they (find) a lot of damage and (have) to rescue dozens of victims. The conditions (be) really hard with strong blasts of wind and still some heavy rain. Today, when I loke at this same spot, i can hardly believe it (happen) here because everything (change) : the trees and flower (grow) back and the city (repair) all the roads and houses. They (even\build) an eathquake shelter.

They built an eathquake shelter.
