Tu pourrais dire quelque chose comme; 

During the week, I usually wake up at 7 a.m for go to school. 
I'm a morning person so it's easily for me to wake up early.
I always take my breakfast in the morning because it's very important for me.
I generaly arrive at school at 7h50 a.m.
I have dance 3 times a week : Monday, Wednesday and Friday
